Wednesdays, 10-10:45am | $90
With Bonnie Gombos
Beginning level class. Exploring the primary elements of classical ballet: posture, positions of feet, arms, head, qualities of movement, while incorporating creative play.
Grades 3-4
Wednesdays, 11-11:45am | $90
With Bonnie Gombos
Ballet exercises to strengthen the core and legs while working on grace and flexibility. Also, advancing in ballet terminology.
Grades 4-5
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10-10:45am | $180

For advancing students who have had more experience in ballet technique. This class meets 2x per week concentrating on proper alignment and improving technique.

Lyrical dance is a dance form which fuses modern dance, jazz, and ballet. Class begins with a center warm-up, then combinations to inspiring music. This class is open to teens and adults.

Children’s Martial Arts Class for all levels. This class will concentrate rank appropriate material while working on effort, respect and self-control.

A great workout while learning many self-defense theories and skills. This class will improve coordination, stamina and self-awareness.

The DAC welcomes back Ty Holbrook from the West Coast. He will be teaching Hip Hop for grades 3-5. This class will be fun and exciting with great age appropriate music. Classes will begin with a short warm-up, then onto learning the newest moves in hip hop dancing.
