Suspected Darien Heroin Dealer Arrested: PD
The alleged dealer is suspected of selling heroin in both communities, according to police.

Norwalk, CT - A 26-year-old Norwalk man was arrested on drug dealing charges Thursday after police said he had allegedly sold heroin in the city and Darien.
Michael Hudson was arrested by members of the Norwalk Police Special Services Division following a lengthy heroin-dealing investigation conducted by both the Norwalk and Darien police departments.
"Starting several months ago, information was received that Hudson was selling heroin in Darien and in Norwalk," Norwalk police wrote in a statement. "Hudson based most of his heroin dealing in and about the Colonial Village Housing Community [in Norwalk]. During the investigation, undercover officers were able to purchase heroin, and on one occasion was able to purchase a bag of heroin laced with Fentanyl from Hudson."

Norwalk police apprehended Hudson after chasing him Thursday, first as he tried to flee on his scooter and then as he ran into an apartment on West Cedar Street.
Officers recovered a bundle of heroin (10 bags) from Hudson, and also recovered a loaded 9mm handgun during the investigation. The origin and possession of the handgun are under further investigation by the Special Services Division, police said.

Hudson was charged with:
- Possession of Controlled substance 21a-279(c)
- Possession of Narcotics 21a-279(a)
- Illegal, distribution , sale 21a-278(a)
- Interfering with an officer
Hudson was turned over to Darien police on the three outstanding sale of narcotics warrants and was held in lieu of a $150,000 court set cash bond.
The Darien Police Department arrest warrants charged Hudson with:
- Sale of Narcotics 21a-279(c)
- Possession of Narcotics 21a-278(b)
