Teen Arrested for DUI in Darien: PD
The arrest came after the teen crashed his vehicle.
DARIEN, CT — Police arrested a Norwalk man after he was found to be driving while intoxicated at the time of a crash, according to police.
David Place, 18, crashed into a tree on Bailey Avenue on Dec. 27. He was taken to the hospital after his airbag deployed.
Police got a search warrant for his hospital medical results and found he had a BAC of .17, according to police.

He was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with DUI, making an improper turn and operating an unregistered vehicle.
