Three Charged After Darien/Stamford PD Investigation

Heroin, crack and fentanyl were seized during a search, police said.

STAMFORD, CT — Three men were arrested after a joint Stamford and Darien Police investigation into the sale of drugs from a city motel, according to police.

Heroin, crack cocaine and the powerful opioid fentanyl were seized during the operation, according to the Stamford Advocate. Prescription antidepressant pills were also confiscated.

Two of the arrested men had sold undercover officers drugs on a previous occasion, police said. A gun was seized during a search.

Darrell Grimes, 31, Martese Jackson, 20, and Michael Edwards, 21, were all charged.
