Town Of Darien: Eversource Mediation Update

A mediation session was held between Eversource, the DOT, and the Town of Darien. Eversource submitted a planting plan for the property owned by the DOT along Little Brook Road.

The Town is pushing to save as many trees as possible and this request was made clear during mediation. Also, a strong effort by the Town to get additional plantings for the residents in the neighborhood will continue unabated as the mediator works toward a settlement.
