Town Of Darien: Vaccine Sign Up For Ages 5-11

Dear Darien Families of School-Aged Children, 

Yesterday, the CDC endorsed the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices’ (ACIP) recommendation that children 5 to 11 years old be vaccinated against COVID-19 with the Pfizer-BioNTech pediatric vaccine. We are happy to announce, the Darien Health Department has scheduled COVID vaccine first dose clinics for school-aged children (5-11 years of age) for November 13 and November 20, 2021. The COVID vaccine second dose clinics will be held on December 4 and December 11, respectively. The appointment time you select for the first dose will be the same for both vaccine dates.

Please enter your CHILD’S name in the “NAME” field and YOUR EMAIL address in the “EMAIL” field. You will receive an email reminder 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment. 

You may also seek a vaccine appointment elsewhere: through an online COVID vaccine search, Stamford Hospital, or your child’s primary care provider.
