It is dedicated to giving women the support and tools they need to transform their lives, be confident in their choices and raise healthy families. April Break Children’s Art Camp

The YW will be offering children’s art workshops during Spring Break, April 13th through 15th. Each day will feature a new themed project for children aged 5 to 11; painting will also be available each day. Registration is required at ywcadariennorwalk.org
Stand Against Racism Pledge 2015
The Stand Against Racism Pledge reading will take place on Friday, April 24th at both Darien and Norwalk Town Halls. Tentative times for the readings are 9:30 at Darien Town Hall and 11:30 at Norwalk Town Hall.
Gardening Classes with Sara McCool
Sara McCool of Ungemack McCool Landscape Associates, is returning to teach both morning and evening classes in Landscape Design and Practice. Sara will also be teaching a one-day Pruning/Green Garden class and a Perennial Garden class. Registration is required and is available at ywcadariennorwalk.org
6th Annual Women of Distinction Luncheon
Save the date: May 7th 2015 is the Sixth Annual Women of Distinction Awards & Luncheon at Woodway Country Club, 540 Hoyt St., Darien. Women selected will be honored at the Annual Women of Distinction Awards Luncheon. This award is a wonderful opportunity to honor women who have made a significant contribution to our local, national, and global communities. Tickets can be purchased at ywcadariennorwalk.org
Job Search Support Program for Women
The next session of classes in Word, Excel, Keyboarding/Typing is underway. Contact Kate Foster at katef@ywcadariennorwalk.org to register.
