Vehicle Stolen from Darien Driveway

A vehicle that was left unlocked with its keys inside was stolen from a driveway. Two suspicious men were spotted in the area.

A vehicle was stolen from a driveway on Greenleaf Road in the overnight hours between Monday and Tuesday.

Two suspicious males were observed looking in mailboxes on Christie Hill Road, which is nearby. A limo driver reported seeing the two males and started to follow them before they ran away, police said.

The gray 2011 Subaru Outback valued at $18,000.

It was parked at 4 p.m. Monday in the driveway and reported stolen at 8 a.m. Tuesday.

The vehicle was unlocked and had its keys in it.

Two other vehicles were also unlocked and had their keys inside, but they were untouched.

Police continue to investigate.
