Wanted Men Nabbed for Darien Car Burglaries
Darien and West Haven police teamed-up to catch three suspected burglars, two of which are wanted in other states.

Darien Police arrested three suspected smash and grab-style burglars.
Police have been investigating several smash and grab car burglaries over the past week. They targeted vehicles where valuables were left in sight, police said.
Proceeds from the burglaries were being recovered in the West Haven area. Police identified the suspected vehicle.

West Haven and Darien police teamed-up on Sept. 10 to conduct surveillance in West Haven.
A vehicle was stopped and three occupants were detained. Inside the vehicle was a significant amount of cash, stolen credit cards, jewelry, burglary tools, a stolen license plate and other alleged burglary proceeds from other states.

The vehicle had been rented at the Ft. Lauderdale Airport, which is where the men are from.
Oliver Chance, 24, Kenton Chance, 31, and Jerevonte Bray, 18, were arrested and charged with three counts of third-degree burglary, conspiracy, possession of burglar tools, sixth-degree larceny conspiracy by possession, fourth-degree larceny and three counts of credit card theft.
Bray and Kenton are wanted in other states. All three men were held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Police continue to investigate other possible connections to other incidents.
