When To Expect Some Rain This Weekend In Connecticut
Headed outdoors this weekend, we'll let you know when you might need the umbrella.

If you have outdoor plans this weekend there is some good news and bad news in this forecast. The good news is that it doesn't appear to be a washout with rain, but the bad news is there may be a period of showers on both Saturday and Sunday. Most of the showers seem isolated to Saturday night, Sunday morning and Sunday night.
Next week, temperatures will feel much more like fall and as of right now, no rain is in the forecast for the upcoming work week. Just plenty of sunshine and temps in the low to mid 60s next week.
WTNH News 8 Meteorologist Gil Simmons wrote, "Here’s your Friday #InstaCast ! Sun and increasing clouds through the day today; it will be dry with high temperatures only in the 60s. More humidity coming in for the weekend with warmer temperatures in the 70s. There could be a little drizzle at times tomorrow morning and most of the showers look to be Saturday night and Sunday night! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!"
