With Prom Approaching, Edward Tunick Measures Up
For the 16th year, Tunick will donate a portion of prom tuxedo rentals toward scholarships at DHS.

Tunick, who opened up shop in 1976, has donated more than $13,000 in proceeds from prom tuxedos over the past 16 years to various scholarship funds associated with DHS.
In 2008, Tunick established the Edward Tunick Business Scholarship through the school. The scholarship, awarded in late May, goes to a graduating senior on the basis of financial need, after-school work involvement, community service, and plans to pursue a career in business. The award is designed to help a student with first year expenses at college.
