Woman Charged with Darien DUI
Her vehicle was going between 45 and 75 mph on the highway while swerving.
DARIEN, CT—A woman was charged with DUI after an officer spotted her going between 45 and 75 mph on I-95 while swerving between lanes, according to police.
The officer pulled the vehicle over as it approached the Darien rest stop, according to the Darienite.
The 23-year-old driver from Norwalk failed field sobriety tests and was driving without a license. Subsequent BAC tests came back with results of .1898 and .1797, both over the legal limit.
