Woman Reported Pug Attack Near Darien/Stamford Town Line
The brown pug went after her Jack Russell Terrier, but ended up either scratching or biting her leg.
A Stamford woman reported to Darien police that she was either scratched or bitten by a small brown pug near the Stamford line after it went after her Jack Russell Terrier.
The woman reported the incident to police on May 9 and said the attack happened on May 7 near West Avenue and Park Lane around 9 a.m.
The terrier jumped into her arms to avoid the attack by the lone brown pug, police said.

The woman reported that she had three marks on her right leg and wasn’t sure if they were scratches or small bite marks.
She didn’t seek immediate medical attention after the attack.
