DARIEN, CT—Police are investigating after a business reported that a woman tried to use suspected fake $100 bill to purchase items.
The incident happened on Sept. 9 at Chocolate Works in the Goodwive's shopping center.
A woman tried to use a $100 bill to pay for items, but a clerk suspected it was fake by the feel of it, police said.

Video surveillance is being reviewed and the case is under investigation.
