Youth Community Fund sells Turkey Bowl rally towels

The Youth Community Fund is raising funds during the Most Generous Town competition, selling “Rams Can’t Swim” Turkey Bowl rally towels sponsored by Nola Physical Therapy. YCF students will be at the Darien Sport Shop Saturday until 2pm and Vavala's until 1pm, and at Palmer’s this Monday through Wednesday from 3:30pm-6pm. Suggested donation $10; all proceeds go towards the students’ grant funding pool. Each year, YCF students identify a group of local nonprofit organizations to invite to apply for funding. After reviewing grant applications, the student philanthropists decide how to allocate funds they’ve raised among the local nonprofits.
