YWCA Darien/Norwalk is pleased to announce a new CEO Jaime Perri.

YWCA Darien/Norwalk is pleased to announce a new CEO Jaime Perri that will work alongside the YW’s Board of Directors to continue the organization's mission-driven work and programs supporting the community.
Jaime is a resident of North Haven and began her career as an attorney with a practice focused on civil rights litigation, employment law and business law.
In 2009, she began teaching as an adjunct professor at the University of New Haven where she created a course titled Equality and the Law which focused on issues of equity related to socioeconomic status and race. She also taught Global Legal Systems and Employment Law for nearly 10 years.
Her passion for equity and working with children led her to become the founding Executive Director of Horizons at The Foote School in 2014. Horizons is an educational nonprofit serving children from under resourced communities. In 2018 she became the Executive Director of Horizons at Sacred Heart University. Jaime is excited to be part of the YWCA Darien/Norwalk.
"I really love the strong sense of community in Darien and the YWCA's place in it. The organization has such an important and rich history in the community and will continue to further its mission of eliminating racism and empowering women. We are excited to offer new programming this fall to compliment the landmark programs that we have become known for."
