The YWCA Darien/Norwalk is located at 49 Old Kings Highway North and offers a variety of programs for women in lower Fairfield County. It is dedicated to giving women the support and tools they need to transform their lives, be confident in their choices and raise healthy families. The YW will be offering children’s art workshops during February vacation, from Feb 17th through 20th. Each day will feature a new “Presidential” themed project for children aged 5 to 11; painting will also be available each day. Please visit ywcadariennorwalk.org for further info. YW Benefit
The YW Benefit “Taste with Travel” will be held February 28th at Dolce Norwalk. A night of fun, flare, and fantastic music! All proceeds will support our community outreach programs: Job Search Support Program for Women and Parent Awareness. Online registration is available at ywcadariennorwalk.org
Job Search Support Program for Women
The next session of classes in Word, Excel, Keyboarding/Typing, begins Tuesday, February 3rd. Contact Kate Foster at katef@ywcadariennorwalk.org to register.
