Please join us for the 3rd Annual Meatball Madness on Monday, July 11th from 4pm to 8pm at Marlborough Pizza & Restaurant (7 Independence Dr, Marlborough, CT 06447) to help raise funds for the CT Draft Horse Rescue, a non-profit organization located in East Hampton, CT, that is dedicated to saving the lives of neglected or abused draft horses as well as draft horses headed to slaughter. Come enjoy the live music and outdoor dining and even meet one of the CDHR horses! Bring a friend, bring a date, and bring your appetite because a percentage of the proceeds on all items sold (food, alcohol, and takeout) will benefit the CDHR! There will be a 50/50 raffle, too.
The mission of the CDHR is to vet, quarantine, rehabilitate, train and re-home rescued horses with a strict contract for their life-long protection. Since its inception, the CDHR has rescued more than 80 horses with the majority placed in forever homes.
