7-Year-Old Spends Birthday Money to Buy East Hampton Police Bagels

The boy was thankful that police helped in a parade and said he was sorry that eight police have died in the past few weeks.

EAST HAMPTON, CT—Kellen Garvey, 7, decided to spend his birthday money to buy bagels and donuts for East Hampton Police after officers were killed in Dallas and Baton Rouge.

Kellen wrote in a card that he was thankful for the police helping with the parade and is sorry for the eight police who died in the past few weeks, according to Fox 61.
