Alleged Embezzlement Results in Arrest; Police Make Arrest After Alleged Domestic Dispute
The following East Hampton Police Department arrest information was released on Feb. 20, 2015.

The following arrests were released by the East Hampton Police Department.
2/13/2015:
As a result of a lengthy alleged embezzlement investigation, Edyta Zyzdorf, 41 of 321 So. Main St., Marlborough was placed under arrest. Zyzdorf was charged with Larceny in the 1st Degree, Forgery in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Impersonation. After signing a $10,000 Non Surety Bond Zyzdorf was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Robert White, 44, of 14 Fairlawn Ave., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Violation of Emissions Periodic Testing.
Peter May, 21, of 12 Richmond Dr., Manchester was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Unsafe Passing.

2/14/2015:
Andreas Guliani, (DOB: 2/13/1991), of 10 Farm Lane, Portland. Guliani was arrested and charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Operating Without Minimum Insurance, Operating While Under Suspension, Failure to have Illuminated Tail Lights, Failure to Respond and 9 counts Failure to Appear in the 2nd Degree. Guliani was unable to post the $10,000 court set bond and was held until his 9:00 AM February 17, 2015 appearance at the Middletown Superior Court.
2/16/15:
Rita Marie Peatie, 66, of 55 Wickham Rd., East Haddam was arrested pursuant to an active warrant for her arrest. Peatie was charged with Threatening in the 2nd Degree. Peatie was released after posting the $5,000 Surety Bond and is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.
2/17/15:
At about 10:15 p.m., officers were dispatched to 165 Clark Hill Road for a domestic dispute. After a brief investigation, Brett Michnowicz, 20, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Assault in the 3rd Degree. Stanley Michowicz, 51, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. Both were scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.
2/19/15:
Patrick O’Meara, 18, of East Hampton, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Reckless Endangerment in the 1st Degree and Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree following a brief investigation into a domestic dispute that had occurred at his residence at 10:14 hours. O’Meara was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Friday, February 20, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.
