Join us for a night to benefit hunger. The students at Epoch have teamed up for an artistic night in our annual Arts Response and this year we have included" Empty Bowls." Empty Bowls is an international grassroots effort to fight hunger and was created by The Imagine Render Group. The basic premise is simple: People create handcrafted bowls, guests are invited to a simple meal of soup and bread and can then watch an hour of artistic works dedicated to fighting hunger. Guests are asked to keep a bowl as a reminder of all the empty bowls that need to be filled in the world. The money raised is donated to both Feed my Starving Children, http://www.fmsc.org and Epoch's Hungry Hearts Fund: feeding and providing basic needs to families in our community. Join us April 12th, 6:30 pm. Suggested donation of $7.
