A Meriden resident won $10,000 on a KENO ticket that was sold at Hop N Shop at 181 Main St. in Portland, according to lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
