Proceeds benefit the CT Draft Horse Rescue. Call for entries is open from September 22nd-30th. Artists will be notified of acceptance by October 10th, 2019. Artists, photographers, fiber artists, and artists from other mediums are all encouraged to submit entries for consideration. This year's theme is Horses &amp;/or Scenic Vistas.
