CIAC Girls' and Boys' Basketball Results, Schedule

The Portland girls' basketball team advanced to the Class S semifinals with a 42-35 road victory over Thomaston on Thursday night. The Highlanders will meet Capital Prep on Monday night in Plainville at 7 p.m. for the right to move on to the championship game at the Mohegan Sun.
