Our book of study for the next few months is River of Fire, River of Water by Dr. Taitetsu Unno.

Our Drop-in Class & Practice begins with basic meditation practices such as voice and sitting meditation, and then there is a teaching and discussion based on a selection of chapters from a book. Using the same book over many sessions give students or those interested in Buddhism a deeper understanding of the Buddhist teachings and the inspiration to practice them in daily life.
