E. Hampton Man Arrested for Assault; Operating ATV Without License

On April 2, Donovan Antalik, 21, of 18 Lakewood Rd., East Hampton, was arrested for:

• C.G.S. 53a-182, Disorderly Conduct
• C.G.S. 53a-117, Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree
• C.G.S. 53a-61, Assault in the 3rd Degree
• C.G.S. 14-386(b), Failure to Stop Upon Request
• C.G.S. 14-386a(1), Unreasonable Speed
• C.G.S. 14-380, Operating an ATV without a Valid Registration

Antalik is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, April 14, 2015, to answer to the aforementioned charges.

On April 4, Elias Antonaras, 50, of 8 Barbara Ave., East Hampton, was issued a summons for:

• C.G.S.14-96c,Operating a Motor Vehicle with no Tail Lamps
• C.G.S.14-96b, Improper Headlamp
• C.G.S.14-213b, Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance

Antonaras is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, April 14.

On April 4, Ronald Petanovich, 63, of 20 Summit St., East Hampton, was issued a summons for:

• C.G.S. 53a-182, Disorderly Conduct as the result of an investigation regarding a domestic dispute.

On April 5, Gabriel Cassarino, 19, of 15 Medford St., Glastonbury, was issued a ticket for:

• Violating C.G.S.21a-279a1st, Possession of less than 1/2 ounce of Marijuana
• C.G.S23-4-1(u), Unauthorized Possession of Fireworks
