East Hampton Man Arrested on Disorderly Conduct Charges
The alleged incident reportedly stems from a domestic dispute, police said.

On Sunday, Jan. 11, Terrence N. Seppa, 45, of 39 Young St., East Hampton was arrested for disorderly conduct as a result of a domestic dispute that had occurred at the same address at approximately 1:03 a.m.
Seppa was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Monday, Jan. 12, at 9 a.m. to answer to the aforementioned charges.
