East Hampton Man Arrested on Failure to Appear Charge

On 3/17/2015 at approximately 6:43 a.m., Justin Piteo, 54, of East Hampton, was taken into custody and placed under arrest pursuant to an active PRAWN Arrest Warrant.

Piteo was charged with Failure to Appear in the 2nd Degree and scheduled to appear at the Middletown Superior Court on March 17, to answer to the aforementioned charge.
