East Hampton Man Arrested for Threatening, Disorderly Conduct

On Tuesday, Jan. 13, Joshua Elges, 20, of 25 Chestnut Hill Rd., East Hampton, was involved in a one-car motor vehicle accident in the area of Lake Drive and White Birch Road. Elges was issued a ticket for traveling too fast for conditions.

On Saturday, Jan. 17, Carol L. Hardy, 40, of 21 Brook Trail, East Hampton, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while under suspension. Hardy is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, Jan. 28, to answer to the aforementioned charges.

On Tuesday, Jan. 20, at approximately 1:30 a.m., the East Hampton Police Department was dispatched to 129 Waterhole Rd., for a reported altercation between two residents at that address.
After completing an investigation, Scott E. Kellman, 52, was placed under arrest for threatening in the second degree and disorderly conduct. Kellman was held on a $10,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear before the Middletown Courthouse on Jan. 21.
