8/15/15

Disorderly Conduct

Ronald Way, 47, of 100 Young St., East Hampton was issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct after a brief investigation into a domestic dispute that had occurred at the same address. Way was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Monday, August 17, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charge.

Police Respond to Alleged Domestic Dispute

Shannon Royce, 28, of 50 Quiet Woods Rd., East Hampton and Brian Spack, 40, of the same address were both issued summons for Disorderly Conduct after a brief investigation into a domestic dispute. Both Royce and Spack were scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Monday, August 17, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Man Arrested Twice in One Day

Scott Spicer, 20, of 3 Main St., East Hampton was arrested for Assault in the 3rd Degree on the Elderly, Assault in the 3rd Degree, Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree after an investigation into a domestic dispute that had occurred at the same address.

Spicer was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Monday, August 17, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Spicer was arrested for a separate incident on the same day resulting in his arrest for Public Indecency, Creating a Public Disturbance, Interfering with an Officer, Operating a Motor Assisted Cycle Without a Valid License and Operation of Motor Assisted Cycle on a Public Sidewalk.

Spicer is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Interfering With An Officer

Samantha Lee Ocelik, 29, of 9 Bevin Blvd, East Hampton was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Interfering with a Police Officer. Ocelik was released after signing a $1,000.00 non-surety bond wherein she agreed to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Monday, August 17, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

DUI Arrest

Jason Melquist, 36, of 121 Hebron Rd., Marlborough was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Failure to Drive Right. Melquist was released after signing a $500.00 non-surety bond wherein he agreed to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

DUI Arrest

Corey S. Gallagher, 43, of 77 Standish Rd., Colchester was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Failure to Drive Right. Gallagher was released after signing a $500.00 non-surety bond wherein he agreed to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, August 26, 2015at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.
