East Hampton Man Charged In Teen's Overdose: Police
An East Hampton man is facing charges in connection with an overdose in December, police said.
EAST HAMPTON, CT — An East Hampton man was arrested and charged in connection with an overdose in December, police said.
East Hampton police responded to a medical emergency at a home involving a 16-year-old victim Dec. 20.
Police determined the call was an overdose and started a criminal investigation.

Ryan Roussel, of East Hampton, was arrested Thursday and charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and illegal distribution of a controlled substance.
Police said they found Roussel supplied the 16-year-old with marijuana, cocaine, and alcohol, which led to the overdose.

Roussel was released after posting bond and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on April 30.
