Kissinger was processed and charged with Violation of a Restraining Order.Kissinger was able to post the court-set bond of $10,000 and was released after agreeing to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Thursday, March 19, to answer to the aforementioned charges.<iframe height="450" src data-src="http://link.patch.com/join/3-0-subscribe?list=US_CT_ETHAMPTON_PORTLAND_1026"></iframe>
