East Hampton Police Arrest Man on Violating Restraining Order Charge
Paul Kissinger turned himself in on March 18.

On 3/18/2015 at about 9:15 a.m., Paul Kissinger, 56, turned himself in pursuant to an active arrest warrant. Kissinger was processed and charged with Violation of a Restraining Order.
Kissinger was able to post the court-set bond of $10,000 and was released after agreeing to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Thursday, March 19, to answer to the aforementioned charges.
