East Hampton Police Arrest Two Men on Drug Charges

On March 22, Alvaro Garcia-Rodriguez, 21, of 10 May St., Naugatuck, was issued a ticket for:
- Violation of Exhaust Emissions Standards
- Possession of Marijuana less than 1/2 ounce
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
During the same incident Sean Kellar, 20, of 320 Cherry St. Ext., Naugatuck was issued a ticket for:
