East Hampton Police Log: Assault, Possession of Marijuana, Disorderly Conduct

The following information was provided by the East Hampton Police Department.

8/11/15:

Wilmer D. Bustamante, 42, of 55 Wrights Ln., Glastonbury was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Following Too Close. Bustamante was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

8/17/15:

A 17-year-old Juvenile of East Hampton was issued a summons for Assault in the 3rd Degree and Breach of Peace in the 2nd Degree.

8/18/15:

Jared D. Lockwood, 22, of 66 Meeks Point Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Possession of less than ½ ounce of Marijuana and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

8/18/15:

After a brief investigation into a motor vehicle collision that occurred on Lakeview Street, Kyle Fisher, 31, of 15 Wilkes Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Improper Tires, Possession of Marijuana less than ½ ounce and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

8/20/15:

Alexa M. Jerjies, 21, of 205 Tryon St., Middletown was issued a ticket for Failure to Drive Right.

8/21/15:

After a brief investigation into a domestic dispute at 133 Wopowog Road, Amelia Anna Cavanaugh, 23, was arrested for Assault in the 3rd Degree and Disorderly Conduct and Holly L. Cavanaugh, 48, of the same address was issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct. Both Amelia and Holly Cavanaugh were scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Monday, August 24, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

8/23/15:

Laura J. O’Brien, 22, of 3 Orchard View Dr., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Failure to Renew Registration.

8/25/15:

Michael Raymond Matthieu, 18, of 109 Buckeley Hill Rd., Colchester was issued a ticket for Failure to Comply with Exhaust Emissions Standards.
