East Hampton Police Log: DUI, Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

The East Hampton Department released the following arrests.

On 9/4/14:

• Wojciech Rembiszewski, 22, of 9 Davis St., New Britain was issued a summons for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License. Rembiszewski is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

On 9/5/14:

• Leslie Briere, 61, of 29 Grist Mill Rd., Moodus was involved in a one car motor vehicle accident on Middle Haddam Rd. in the area of Keighly Pond Road. Briere was issued a ticket for Failure to Drive Right.

On 9/8/14:

• Andrzej Romanowski, 55, of 19 Curry Lane, East Hampton was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Following Too Close and Failure to Drive Right. Romanowski is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 to answer to the aforementioned charges.

On 9/10/14:

• Sarah R. Ford, 27, of 188 West High St., East Hampton was arrested for Failure to Drive Right, Operation of a Motor Vehicle While Under Suspension, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. In the same incident Ford was arrested pursuant to an active arrest warrant held by The Connecticut State Police, Troop K, for Failure to Appear in the 2nd Degree. Ford was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

• Joseph Fazzino, 22, of 195 Peters Ln., Rockfall was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

• Cynthia M. Singer, 54, of 62 Haddam Neck Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

• Michael Jinks, 41, of 33 Fernwood Dr., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

• Karen Mazza, 43, of 13 Perry Ave., Portland was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

• Michelle Sarkis, 44, of 123 Saner Rd., Marlborough was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

• Joseph Cooley, 19, of 130 West Center St., Manchester was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

• Alicia Beebe, 40, of 156 Jones Hollow Rd., Marlborough was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

• Waldemar P. Burek, 43, of 9 Nursick Terrace, Portland was issued a ticket for Towing an Unregistered Trailer.

• Cailin Stack, 32, of 949 Pleasant Valley, So. Windsor was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

• Lynn Trotochaud, 51, of 28 Comstock Tr., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast in a School Zone.

On 9/11/14:

• Sandra Kowal, 65, of 130 Mott Hill Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast in a School Zone.

• Alexander Chiv, 21, of 52 Jacobson Farm Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast in a School Zone.

• Christopher Fellows, 18, of 43 Peach Farm Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast in a School Zone.

• Heather Duguay, 27, of 56 Barton Hill Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast in a School Zone.

• Gloria Johnson, 58, of 264 Norwich Ave., Lebanon was issued a ticket for Using a Cell Phone While Driving.

On 9/12/14:

• Shelley A. Briere, 32, of 139 Johnson Rd., Tolland was arrested for Larceny in the 6th Degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle With a Suspended License, Misuse of Plates and Operating an Unregistered and Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Briere is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

• Gary Messier, 39, of 19 Main St., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Making Restricted Turns. In the same incident Kimberly Rodrigue, 26, of 56 South Rd., Marlborough was issued a Summons for Failure to have Motor Vehicle Insurance and is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

On 9/17/14:

• Erich J. Hansen, 33, of 11 West Blvd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Using a Cell Phone While Operating a Motor Vehicle.

• Korrie M. Beaulieu, 38, of 12 Laurel Glen Dr., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Failure to Grant Right of Way to a Pedestrian in a Cross Walk.

• Miguel Rodriquez, 38, of 5A Barton Hill Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

• Krystal Snow, 29, of 127 Hollister Dr., East Hartford was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

On 9/18/14:

• Melissa Phelps, 43, of 52 Roberts Rd., Marlborough was issued a ticket for Failure to Renew Registration.

On 9/22/14:

• Anthony Viccaro, 24, of 265 Young St., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

• Sharon Harasimowitz, 47, of 84 Colchester Ave., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Failure to Obey a Stop Sign.

• Sharon Allegra, 60, of 88 Young St., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

• Margaret Holda, 53, of 23 Daniel St., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

• Ravichandran Nln, 55, of 23 Blue Heron Dr., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Using a Cell Phone While Operating a Motor Vehicle and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

• Joann Lavigne, 56, of 20 Flannery Row, East Hampton was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

On 9/23/14:

• Jason Sullivan Parent, 29, of 41 East High St., Unit 34, East Hampton was arrested for two counts of Evading Responsibility, Following Too Close, Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under Suspension and Distracted Driving after a motor vehicle accident involving another vehicle and a Pedestrian that occurred on Route 66. Parent was also arrested for Failure to Appear in the 2nd Degree pursuant to an active warrant for his arrest and is scheduled to appear on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

On 9/24/14:

• Bradford Laurence Deveran,43, of 15 Seven Hills Crossing Rd., East Hampton was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

On 9/25/14:

• David Clifford Yarlott, 37, of 29 Depot Hill Rd., East Hampton was arrested pursuant to an active warrant for his arrest. Yarlott was charged with Violation of a Protective Order and was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

An arrest or infraction does not indicate a conviction. All individuals listed in the East Hampton police reports are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
