East Hampton Police Log: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Evading Scene of Accident

The police log runs from August 2 to September 15, 2015.

The following arrest log was released by the East Hampton Police Department.

8/2/15:

Angela Loin, 37, of 16 Town Line Dr., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Failure to Drive Right after a brief investigation into a one car motor vehicle accident that had occurred on Bear Swamp Road.

9/4/15:

John Ballard, 61, of 85 North Main St., East Hampton was issued a summons for Evading after a brief investigation into an evading motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of 363 West High Street. Ballard is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. to answer to the aforementioned charge.

9/10/15:

Alexander Paul Welcher, 21, of 18 Mares Hill Rd., Ivoryton turned himself in pursuant to an active warrant for his arrest for Failure to Appear in the 2nd Degree. Welcher was released from custody after posting a court set $250.00 cash bond and agreeing to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. to answer to the aforementioned charge.

9/11/15:

Kevin Jackowitz, 34, of 24 Dogwood Dr., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Failure to Use Care to Avoid a Pedestrian Powered Vehicle.

9/13/15:

Ashley Evan Schonagel, 25, of 29 West High St., East Hampton turned herself in pursuant to an active warrant for her arrest originating from a Berlin Police Department Case. Schonagel was charge with Failure to Appear in the 2nd Degree and was released upon posting the $10,000.00 court set surety bond and promising to appear at the New Britain Superior Court on Friday, September 25, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. to answer to the aforementioned charge.

9/15/15:

Patrick B. Rhodes, 21, of 21 Johnson Rd., Marlborough was issued a ticket for Possession of less than ½ ounce of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
