East Hampton Police Log: Stalking, Shoplifting, Trespassing

The following information was provided by the East Hampton Police Department. An arrest or infraction does not indicate a conviction. All individuals listed are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On 9/19/14:

Jennifer Vanwycke, 34, of 14 Myrtle Rd., East Hampton was issued a summons for Shoplifting, (Larceny in the 6th Degree), and was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

On 9/20/14:

Robert William White, 44, of 14 Fairlawn Ave., East Hampton was arrested for Simple Trespass and Breach of Peace in the 2nd Degree. White was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

On 9/22/14:

Beth Cunningham, 52, of 6A No. Maple St., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Emissions Non Compliance.

On 9/24/14:

Steven Grandi, 48, of 41 East High St., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control.

On 9/25/14:

• Brett Michnowicz, 19, of 165 Clark Hill Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Failure to have Tail Lamps Illuminated.

• Michael Ryan Bloch, 37, of 31 Cone Rd., East Hampton was issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree. Bloch is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, Oct. 7, at 9 a.m. to answer to the aforementioned charges.

• Sarah Reed, 42, of 35 Farrell Rd., Portland was issued a ticket for Failure to Obey a Stop Sign.

On 9/26/14:

• Casey Nadolny, 39, of 19 Sunset Dr., East Hampton turned herself in pursuant to an active warrant for her arrest. Nadolny was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was scheduled to appear on Monday, September 29, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

• Sean Heller, 36, of 11 Brookhill Dr., East Hampton was arrested for Stalking in the 2nd Degree and was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

On 9/27/14:

• Ryan Lanzi, 26, of 16 Dogwood Dr., East Hampton was arrested for Failure to Drive Right and for Driving Under the Influence. Lanzi is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

• David Yarlott, 37, of 29 Depot Hill Rd., East Hampton was arrested for Violation of Protective Order and Disorderly Conduct and was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Monday, September 29, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.
