East Hampton Police Release Latest Arrests

• On 2/8/15 the East Hampton Police Department was dispatched to 21 Flanders Road for a reported domestic disturbance. After a brief investigation, Maria Penalozia, (DOB: 5/8/1992), of the same address was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Monday, 2/9/15 at 9:00 AM.

• On 2/7/15 Elizabeth Shoneck, (DOB: 1/5/1987), of 20 Lafayette Rd., Marlborough was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Failure to Comply with Required Emissions Testing.

• On 2/4/15 Janet Carter, (DOB: 12/20/1984), of 5 Prout St., Portland was issued a summons for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Suspended and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle. Carter is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, 2/18/15 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

• On 1/31/15 Patrick McGregor, (DOB: 3/17/1971), of 495 Middletown Rd, Colchester was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Failure to Comply with Required Emissions Testing.
