
Zumba fitness uses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves that will totally change the way you look at fitness. Zumba is an exhilarating, calorie-burning, body-energizing, and most of all, FUN program. Once you’ve tried Zumba, you will be hooked. So come on, "Stop the workout and join the party."
Classes are held Wednesdays through April 4, 2012. There will be no class on February 29.
You must be at least 13 years old to take part. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult.
