Fran Palma Appointed Senior VP of Digital Strategies for National Senior Services Provider

Covenant Retirement Communities taps 22-year senior living veteran based in Cromwell

Covenant Retirement Communities, Inc. (CRC) President and CEO Terri Cunliffe recently announced the appointment of senior living executive Fran Palma to senior vice president of Digital Strategies. CRC is the nation’s sixth largest not-for-profit senior services provider with 15 retirement communities in 10 states. Palma resides in East Hampton, Conn., and is based out of Covenant Village of Cromwell, CRC's continuing care retirement community located in Cromwell, Conn.

In Palma’s new role, he directs CRC’s digital marketing and social media strategies for CRC’s 15 retirement communities. He oversees the execution of all digital campaigns, lead generation and analytics, and performance measurements to enhance the productivity of CRC’s sales and marketing efforts.

Palma joins CRC from BlueSpire Senior Living (formerly Martino & Binzer), West Hartford, Conn., an award-winning sales and marketing firm that has partnered with CRC for marketing and sales services since 2013. While there, he served as executive vice president of Digital Strategies.

An integrated marketing expert whose technology platforms are used throughout the industry, the 22-year senior living veteran is a sought-after speaker at senior living conferences on topics related to digital and traditional marketing, and lead generation and analytics. Palma has provided strategic marketing counsel and implemented strategies for more than 100 single-site and multi-site senior living organizations. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Central Connecticut State University, New Britain, Conn.
