East Hampton police released the following arrest log.

On 8/22/14:

Todd Travis Bower, 25, of 230 Old West High St., East Hampton was arrested for Assault in the 3rd Degree and Disorderly Conduct. Bower was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Michael Bower, 23, of 230 Old West High St., East Hampton was issued a summons for Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree. Bower is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, September 9th, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Alex Banning, 21, of 4 Smith St., East Hampton was issued a summons for Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree and Operating an Unregistered and Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Banning is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 9:00 AM.

On 8/26/14:

Joseph Levenduski, 59, of 57 Spice Hill Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Failure to Comply with Emissions Testing Requirements.

On 8/27/14:

Morgan Poulin, 23, of 16 Middlesex Ave., Portland was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

On 8/28/14:

Charles Lydy, 30, of 324 Main St., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Failure to Comply with Emissions Testing Requirements.

On 8/29/14:

Barry Marchinkoski, 48, of 1 Labella Circle, Middletown was arrested pursuant to an active arrest warrant. Marchinkoski was charged with Criminal Trespass and Shoplifting, (Larceny in the 6th Degree). Marchinkoski was scheduled to answer to the charges immediately on the same day.

On 8/31/14:

Daniel D. Winslow, 39, of no certain address was arrested for Home Invasion, Strangulation in the 2nd Degree, Disorderly Conduct and Failure to Comply with Required Fingerprinting. Winslow was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

On 9/1/14:

Mindy Nelson, 35, of 28 Old Chestnut Hill Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Failure to Drive Right.

On 9/2/14:

Trevor Michael Foster, 19, of 220 Norwich Ave., Lebanon turned himself in pursuant to an active warrant for his arrest. Foster was charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree and Disorderly Conduct. Foster was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 9:00 AM.
