Stella is a newly adopted black Shepard that went missing in November. She has been seen in three different towns. She was spotted 1/10/14 in Columbia on West st. 1/14/14 she was spotted near Wall st(Rt316)/Basket shop road area. She is scared, please DO NOT CALL HER OR CHASE HER.
