The fire occurred in June during a wedding reception.

EAST HAMPTON, CT — The fire at the St. Clements Castle and Marina in June was ruled an accident that was set off by an unattended pressure cooker, according to fire officials.

The fire broke out June 25 during a wedding reception. One employee was lightly burned, according to the Middletown Press.

The pressure cooker was being used to cook a turkey and water likely boiled off, causing the blaze.
