Motivation 911: Please do NOT jump from the Arrigoni Bridge!

How do you motivate yourself when you just don't feel like getting off your butt? Feeling less than motivated all too often, need good kick in the pants? Deep down you know you should do something.....but end up killing time on the internet, on the sofa or at Bed Bath & Beyond?

The good news is: There are a million ways to motivate yourself. Instinctively, when we're on a sinking ship, we start preparing for the jump. If your ready...motivate yourself with these 3 practical tips.

Tip 1 - Tame the Big One

Fear:  Go ahead and think of something that both intrigues and scares you.  If you're having trouble...look for the word "but" in your thoughts of desire. Identifying fear is the first step to flexing your motivation muscles--and just like muscle--the more you use it, the stronger it gets.  Write the scary thing down in the sentence below.  Be honest.
