Just a reminder that the Lower Connecticut River Valley Council of Governments is holding a paper shredding event this Saturday, June 9th, from 9am – 12 noon, at the Colchester-East Hampton Water Pollution Control Facility, 20 Gildersleeve Drive (Rt. 66), East Hampton.
The event is FREE to residents of the following towns: Chester, Clinton, Cromwell, Deep River, Durham, East Haddam, East Hampton, Essex, Haddam, Killingworth, Lyme, Middlefield, Middletown, Old Lyme, Old Saybrook, Portland, and Westbrook.
Bring up to 5 boxes or bags of old personal papers such as medical records, legal or financial documents, and tax returns. For more information contact info@rivercog or 860-581-8554.
