Paramedic Performs CPR To Help Revive Crash Victim In East Hampton
A paramedic performed CPR to help revive a victim who was unresponsive after his car struck a utility pole, according to reports.
EAST HAMPTON, CT — A man is recovering in the hospital after his car struck a utility pole in East Hampton on Saturday, according to NBC CT. The crash occurred at 2:15 p.m. in the 300 block of W. High St.
Members of the East Hampton Fire Department and the East Hampton Volunteer Ambulance Association responded to the accident.
They found the driver unresponsive and without a pulse. A Middlesex Hospital paramedic performed CPR on the victim, The Hartford Courant reported.

The man was then transported to Marlborough Medical Center. He is reported to be conscious and alert, and his injuries are considered non-life threatening, according to NBC CT.
The crash remains under investigation.
