Police Arrest Portland Man for Selling Drugs from Home, Report Possibly Neglected Minors: Police
Police said the street value of the cocaine was determined to be $160, and the marijuana was worth $74.

PORTLAND, CT - Police have charged a Portland man with dealing cocaine and marijuana from a Portland public housing project, the Middletown Press reported.
Middletown police arrested Donovan D. Gardner, 45, after searching his Chatham Court apartment, the Middletown Press reported. Officers found marijuana and cocaine in a variety of locations during the search, as well as $160 in cash and a cellphone.
The suspect told police during the search that he was a cocaine user but denied having sold it before, the Middletown Press reported. Police also alerted the state Department of Children and Families of two minors living in the home for reported abuse and neglect.
