Portland Drugs Investigation Leads To Several Arrests: Report

Police made arrests following a months-long investigation, according to a report.

PORTLAND, CT — Police seized guns and drugs and made several arrests following a months-long investigation in Portland, according to NBC CT. Community members had expressed concerns about the 115 Airline Ave. property, which posed as a motorcycle clubhouse.

The complaints were regarding noise, large gatherings, smoking, drinking, and traffic at the property located nearby athletic fields that host Little League games.

The investigation took about three to four months. Police seized two guns as well as marijuana, mushrooms, and other controlled substances. It's expected that a large number of arrests will be made.
