Shoplifting and Speeding Arrests: East Hampton Police Release Log

The following arrests were released by the East Hampton Police Department.

4/18/15:

Jamie Suchoski, 18, of 66 Haddam Neck Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Possession of Marijuana less than ½ ounce and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

4/21/15:

Caleb Spera, 26, of 702 Lake Vista Dr., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Operating a Vehicle with Non Functioning Lamp and Failure to Renew Registration.

Edward Klane, 66, of 19 Hawthorne Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

4/22/15:

Nicholas Long, 32, of 22 Skinner St., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Noncompliance with Emissions Standards.

4/23/15:

Bruce O. Milliord, 66, of 11 Meadow Rd., Rocky Hill was issued a ticket for Failure to Obey a Control Signal.

4/24/15:

Tina A. Pilcher, 45, of 33 West High St., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

Kelly J. Barrett, 48, of 99 Clark Hill Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Failure to Renew Registration and Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a License.

John Pollard, 55, of 105 Falls Rd., Moodus was issued a summons for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance, Defective Windshield and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle. Pollard was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Peter Ereshena Jr., 45, of 467 Moodus Rd., East Hampton was issued a summons for Failure to Drive Right and Operating a Motor Vehicle Under Suspension. Ereshena was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

4/25/15:

Jessica A. Way, 32, of 100 Young St., East Hampton was issued a summons for Operating an Unregistered and Uninsured Motor Vehicle and is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 9:00 to answer to the aforementioned charges.

4/26/15:

Sean P. McGovern-Cullen, 24, of 74 Barton Hill Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Failure to Renew Registration and Violation of Exhaust Emission Standards.

Eric M. Landry, 19, of 31 Sharon Dr., Tolland was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

4/27/15:

Kegan J. Schunk, 25, of 59 Mountain View Rd., Marlborough was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

Jaesoo Lew, 54, of 43 Skyline Dr., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

Benjamin M. Leitch, 35, of 12 Lakewood Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

Teoflio Nolasco Ramirez, 23, of 159 Dover St., New Haven was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a Driver’s License.

Rae Dunn, 58, of 31 Jacobson Farms Rd., East Hampton was issued a summons for Speeding and is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

4/28/15:

Christopher Michael Losty, 19, of 102 Flood Rd., Marlborough was issued a ticket for Unnecessary Noise and Failure to Carry Proof of Insurance.

4/29/15:

Fernando Dossantos, 47, of 85 Linden St., #2, Everett, MA was issued a summons for Speeding and is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Clifford Petrizzo, 26, of 197 Petticoat Ln., East Haddam was issued a ticket for Non Functioning Head Lamp.

Jeanghwan Kim, 42, of 245 Griswold St., Glastonbury was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

James Riley, 32, of 46 Parker Terrace, Glastonbury was issued a ticket for Traveling Unreasonably Fast and Operating with an Out of State License Beyond 30 days.

Paul A Distefano, 52, of 64 West High St., East Hampton was issued a summons for Shoplifting, (Larceny in the 6th Degree). Distefano is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

5/1/15:

Richard Le, 20, of 809 Main St., Portland was issued a summons for Speeding and Passing in a No Passing Zone. Le is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Glenn Meeker, 47, of 1271 Washington St., Middletown was issued a summons for Operating a Vehicle with Insufficient Insurance and is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

5/2/15:

John Boyce, 30, of 3 Oak Knoll Rd., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Failure to Obey a Stop Sign.

Aaron Bowser, 43, of 153 Hog Hill Rd., East Hampton was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Failure to Drive Right. Bowser is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

5/4/15:

David Yarlott, 38, of 1 Wild Rose Ct., Cromwell was arrested pursuant to an active arrest warrant held by the East Hampton Police Department. Yarlott was charged with Criminal Violation of a Standing Criminal Protective Order. Yarlott was charged with Failure to Appear stemming from a separate incident that occurred in Berlin, CT.

5/5/15:

Jeremy Bond, 32, of 34 Leesville Rd., Moodus was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

Gladstone Clarke, 38, of 88 Woodcrest Dr., East Hartford was arrested pursuant to an active warrant for his arrest stemming from a March 9, 2015 incident. Clarke was charged with Engaging Police in Pursuit, Reckless Driving, Speeding, 4 counts of Failure to Obey Traffic Control Signal, Passing in a No Passing Zone and Reckless Endangerment. Clarke was able to post the $10,000.00 surety bond and was issued a court date of Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

5/6/15:

Joseph M. Fraulino, 20, of 27 Old Middletown Ave., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Failure to Comply with Periodic Emissions Requirements.

Christopher A. Prickett, 30, of 99 Little Oak Ln., Rocky Hill was issued a ticket for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Emissions Violation of Periodic Testing Requirements.

James J. Ghezzi, 59, of 5 So. Main St., East Hampton was issued a summons for Speeding and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle. Ghezzi is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Heidi Klein-Robbenhaar, 18, of 108 Florence St., East Haven was issued a ticket for Illegal Passing.

Bruce Strong, 47, of 88 Main St., East Hampton was issued a ticket for Creating a Public Disturbance stemming from an incident that occurred on February 9, 2015.

Alexander P. Welcher, 21, of 480 Allen St., New Britain turned himself in pursuant to an active warrant for his arrest stemming from an incident that occurred on June 7, 2014. Welcher was charged with Failure to Respond and was released from custody after posting a court set $100 cash bond agreeing to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 9:00 AM.
