Suspect Vehicle In Fatal Portland Crash In PD Possession

PORTLAND, CT — Police are now in possession of a vehicle that was believed to be involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash on the Arrigoni Bridge.

The vehicle was turned over to police Wednesday by the attorney of the vehicle's owner, according to the Middletown Press.

A vehicle crashed into a moped on the Bridge Nov. 4. Moped operator Daquan Moore, 22, of Middletown was killed, police said. The vehicle left the scene and a witness reported that he believes it was involved in a race prior to the crash.
